We are proud to offer free support services for internationally trained tradespeople who want to work in skilled trades in Canada.
Thanks to funding from the Government of Canada’s Foreign Credential Recognition Program, this initiative helps newcomers navigate the credential recognition process, pursue certification, and launch their skilled trades careers in Canada.
The program is open to newcomers with international post-secondary education, and training or experience in the trades who want to work in the skilled trades in Canada.
It provides personalized guidance and resources to help participants in navigating the credential recognition process and beginning the path toward Canadian certification.
Skilled newcomers bring valuable experience — but working in a trade in Canada often requires formal recognition of international credentials or your skills and experience.
This program helps remove barriers, fast-track your certification, and open doors to meaningful employment.
We’re excited to help talented professionals gain recognition for the skills they bring to Canada.
